The Pouto Tōpū A Trust Board comprises seven elected Trustees who serve as the proprietors in the role of governance. They set the strategic direction of the Trust and oversee all business operations.

Their responsibility as kaitiaki is to always uphold the values of Pouto Tōpū and act in the best interests of its shareholders.
